Not one to normally complain on line, but this time it's warranted. Received a bill. Went in to pay the bill. Was told that I didn't have a balance now receiving calls from a collection agency. Charging me almost $50 for the "services". Fast med billing is awful.
Rude. Completely rude and I was just going in for a work physical. Glad I wasn't hurt.
I had the worst experience today at this office. Waited for almost an hour, filled out paper work and email information for them to process, then to be told they couldn't except an emailed copy of my insurance card and I would be passed over and lose my place in the line. I tried to help the girl do her job, all but jumping over the counter and getting on the computer myself but she has no clue what she was doing other than basic data entry. Took my husband there Thursday, the service was not good . We waited 2 hour's in the waiting room till we finally got in. Then in the room we wait another 45 min till a doctor seen him. Almost wait 3 hrs to see a doc for 4 min.
Took my husband this morning for some help. Front desk person, a Kristin I believe her name was, was extremely rude to the couple in front of us when they asked questions about their payment, causing them to be visibly upset. Their system was having problems apparently. Once it was finally our turn, after telling her we had been coming for years, turned immediately and asked if we'd been before. Front office personnel need some work! Not friendly at all, no care that people are ill. At the point of rude. My dr care was good have been here 3 times in the last 3 months with almost same symtoms, finally a different med.
Was there over 3 hours to be seen. Asked for discharge paperwork and was forced to wait another 30 min for that. Front desk receptionist was rude and unprofessional, as was the doctor that saw me that day. They do not care there. All about a paycheck for them. Will NEVER return and will discourage anyone i can from going there as well.
