Felicia and her team did a fabulous job helping us sell our HarborPark condo. She was aggressive, yet realistic in pricing our unit and brought viable prospective buyers once it was on the market. She and her staff did a great job communicating with us through the entire process. Felicia, Sue and their whole team are absolutely wonderful! As stressful as it is selling a house they made everything go super smoothly. ANYTIME I had questions or concerns they followed up sooner than I expected. They treated my husband and I respectfully from beginning and beyond. The main reason I picked Felicia after looking at a few other realtors was that she did not reschedule or call me with excuses. Don't think twice... call Felicia!

Felicia and her team are simply the BEST. Felicia has this down to a science. Her team all works together to do all the work for you. I could text or call her any day at any time and she was immediately responsive. She literally takes all the stress and worry out of selling! This is our second time using her as our realtor and she comes with our highest recommendation!

Mike is seriously the best! He just helped my fiance and I purchase our fist home and we couldn't have asked for a better person to represent us. Mike made us both aware of the market conditions before we even started looking and made sure he knew just what we wanted. He also made sure to walk through every detail of the buying process with us since we were first timers. He is extremely friendly and personable, and I truly can't stop raving about him and his team to everyone. Thank you for everything Mike!

Was great to work with Mike. Made the process easy and relaxing. Had the answers for what ever we had asked. Helped a lot in the process to make it easy for negotiating. Mike knew what a fair price would be and we got what we wanted.

My husband and I got very lucky to have found Mike as our realtor. It happened on a random chance and I couldn’t be happier!
