Michael was very professional and always available to us for any questions or concerns we had with the home-buying experience. He also was always willing to show homes to us at a moment's notice, whether it was only one home or multiple homes a day. When we had questions about our initial offer on a home, he gave us his honest opinion about what would allow us to be in the running, should there be another competing offer.

Consummate professional. She guided us on pricing our home and staging it for showings. Immediately upon listing the house, showings were happening and we received an offer within the first week. Couldn't be happier or more satisfied if we tried.

Felicia and her team did a phenomenal job. The house was listed right at the beginning of this pandemic with COVID-19 I was a little nervous possibly the house would not sell people wouldn’t be buying it went on the market and had an offer within three hours over what I was asking. We have had the pleasure of working with Mike on the purchase of two homes in the last year. One for my daughter who is just starting out and the other for us as we move to the next chapter of our lives. Mike is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person to work with. We have bought two homes through Felicia. She gets things done. We bought a home that needed a roof. She was able to get new roof on house before the closing date even with some hiccups with the contractor. Choosing went as planned. Definitely recommend.
