Felicia and her team did a phenomenal job. We have had the pleasure of working with Mike on the purchase of two homes in the last year. One for my daughter who is just starting out and the other for us as we move to the next chapter of our lives. Mike is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person to work with. He was also incredibly patient with us as we narrowed down what we were looking for. I highly recommend Mike and look forward to working with him again as more kids start to buy their homes!

We have bought two homes through Felicia. She gets things done. We bought a home that needed a roof. She was able to get new roof on house before the closing date even with some hiccups with the contractor. Choosing went as planned. Definitely recommend.

We recently re-located to the area and had the privilege of working with Heather Best as our buyers agent. Heather was extremely patient, organized and diligent in finding us our new house. We were living 75 miles away and she went and took videos of houses she thought we should see. Very efficient use of time.
