Felicia is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is VERY knowledgeable and works for you. Any questions we had, she answered, when we got nervous (as most people do when selling or buying a home) she calmed our nerves. She came to our home, sat down with us listened to everything we said and made our decision to use her easy. Simply put - SHE IS AMAZING!!!!

Hannah made the process of buying our house seamless. Even with a few hiccups along the way she always made sure that I did not stress out. Hannah was always available for any questions I had and if she didn’t have an answer she made it a point to find out the answer. 10/10 would recommend

Wow, I didn't think the process of buying and selling would be so smooth and easy. Felicia and her office staff were AMAZING!! My husband and I cannot say enough about how professional and hard working everyone was in the sale of our rental property. Felicia told us she would be able to find us a buyer and she did. Felicia's knowledge and demeanor made this whole process so much less stressful for my husband and I. Felicia and her group knows the housing market. We would definitely use Felicia Pavlica and her group again.
