Felicia and her team did a phenomenal job. Not only was she easy and fantastic to work with, but I never felt that I was a bother to her or that any question or concern wasn’t worth her time.
We have had the pleasure of working with Mike on the purchase of two homes in the last year. One for my daughter who is just starting out and the other for us as we move to the next chapter of our lives. Mike is professional, incredibly knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person to work with. He was also incredibly patient with us as we narrowed down what we were looking for. I highly recommend Mike and look forward to working with him again as more kids start to buy their homes!
We have bought two homes through Felicia. She gets things done. We bought a home that needed a roof. She was able to get new roof on house before the closing date even with some hiccups with the contractor. Choosing went as planned. Definitely recommend.
