Mike listened to what we wanted in a home. He did not send us on wild goose chases looking at houses we were not going to be interested in. He has just the right amount of ambition mixed with a good sense of humor. Conscious of peoples time and home prerequisites. He went above and beyond for us and found us our dream home. He quickly went from our associate/realtor to our friend. Highly recommend!

Felicia and her team were great throughout the entire process. As a person never sold a house or anything major before, we were very worried about the process and potential outcome, but her team made it so easier for us. She kept in contact and answered all our questions very timely. I think her knowledge about the local market and her judgement about the property is a major part for her to be the #1 team in Kenosha.

Amanda was fantastic when we were moving to Wisconsin from the East Coast. She was knowledgeable, always available, and willing to attend to details from the largest to the small. We bought a wonderful home that we love!

Amanda was friendly and super knowledgeable about the condo buying process. Gave us great advice and answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way with our new home purchase. Even checked in on us after closing once we were moved in to make sure everything was good. Will definitely use her to buy or sell in the future!!

Felicia listed and sold our lake home in 36 hours for asking price. She knows the market and aggressively priced the house, hitting the sweet spot of pricing. She hired talented photographers and even had a drone pilot take still images of the house and the lake. The entire process was efficient, and she is a skilled negotiator. We were impressed by her quick response to our texts and emails. We highly recommend her, and we will be asking her to sell our primary residence in the near future.

Felicia was great throughout the entire process. When we met her we had no clue if or when we could sell. She was blunt and honest yet professional with us which helped us see how the process was going to work. She kept in contact and answered all our questions very timely. Mike was great in making sure that we got in to see the houses that we wanted. There was only one that we did get to see but that due to our own schedule. Being that we were making a state move it was nice to pick Mikes brain about schooling and other things in the area. I will recommend to anyone looking to move to the area.
