Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with and made this process smoother than I could have imagined. She sent us a few houses and was always very accommodating about meeting us to view them. Once we found the one we really loved, she expertly advised us on how and when to make the offer. We saw the house, made an offer that night, and it was accepted the next day! I was expecting the process to be very stressful, and Heather was the only reason it was not. I highly recommend working with her!

I spoke with Hanna in April about looking for a new place. As I was coming from a bit of a distance, we set it up so I could hit multiple showings on a visit. In this market its been hard to find a good quality home at a decent price. I happened to alert Hannah to one that had just listed, and she got me a showing the next day. The sellers were keen to make a decision, and Hannah presented our offer with a couple of suggestions to make it more attractive, and we were able to close fairly quickly.

From the beginning Felicia and her team were on it!! They really are the best!! Even when there were a few bumps in the road Felicia talked me off the ledge and we got it done! They were always available and never made me feel silly for asking all my hundreds of questions! I can't thank this team enough for making this process so easy for me from beginning to end!!!
