When I made an offer to purchase, Hannah told me to ask foe some of the closing costs! The sellers accepted! If it weren’t for Hannah, I would have had to pay all of the closing costs!

I swear Mike never sleeps. He was respeonsive, attentive, professional and made our buying experience very simple. His knowledge of the local market, coupled with easy-going style helped us be comfortable with our purchase. He was very tenacious and dedicated in finding us the condo/property that met our needs. I would highly recommend Mike for anyone considering a real estate (home, condo, townhouse, land, etc) purchase.
