Felicia and her team were amazing to work with! She helped us get our house under contract in less than a day for well over initial listing price. Further, she provided white glove service all the way through closing. She negotiated very strongly on our behalf through all parts of the deal. If you are selling your home, you are probably doing yourself a disservice by not using Felicia and her team. She earned every penny of her commission and we were happy to pay it. Always good experiences when working with Hannah. She took her time to help me locate exactly what I was looking for. I learned a lot about the buying process while working with her. The home we purchased with Heather's help was for our daughter and son-in-law. Since we live hours away, we communicated through emails, texts and phone calls.
