Made my first home purchase in August of 2020 with Heather Best. I had reached out to the Felicia Pavlica team and was immediately contacted by Heather. I had a successful experience despite purchasing in an extremely aggressive market. The home I ended up purchasing was found by Heather and she was right it was the perfect home. Absolutely love my house, I'm comfortable with the payments, and had a good experience working with Heather.

Heather and her team helped make finding our dream home process very smooth. My husband and I can be a bit indecisive at times but Heather was patient and very attentive to our needs. If you're looking for an easy home buying/selling process that will leave you smiling. I recommend Heather Best.

She was attentive, readily available for showings, and quickly responded to our questions and concerns at any hour of the day. Felicia and her team were amazing to work with! She helped us get our house under contract in less than a day for well over initial listing price. Further, she provided white glove service all the way through closing. She negotiated very strongly on our behalf through all parts of the deal. If you are selling your home, you are probably doing yourself a disservice by not using Felicia and her team. She earned every penny of her commission and we were happy to pay it. Mike was so patient and so helpful in this process. He showed us at least a dozen of houses until we found the one that was right. He truly did everything to make sure we had a house that we 100% loved. We highly recommend him!
