Further, she provided white glove service all the way through closing. She negotiated very strongly on our behalf through all parts of the deal. Always good experiences when working with Hannah. She took her time to help me locate exactly what I was looking for. I learned a lot about the buying process while working with her. She was never in a hurry and made sure she found answers to my questions if she wasn’t able to give me a definite answer on the fly. Bought my first property with her and she made everything simple. The home we purchased with Heather's help was for our daughter and son-in-law. Since we live hours away, we communicated through emails, texts and phone calls. Heather helped us buy our first home ? There were a lot of questions around the whole process and I think we were probably the pickiest first time home buyers out there but she was so helpful answering all of our questions and so reassuring that when we walked through "the one" we would know. Mike did a great job. We sold our previous home and purchased our current home with Mike and his team. Mike and his team did a great job communicating, meeting contingency deadlines, providing us with upcoming listings and all other details you don’t think about when selling/buying a home. We ended up purchasing the exact home we had on our wish list. He made sure it “checked all of our boxes”, and was able to make sure we got it at a great price.
