I have worked with Felicia on both sides of the specrum, selling and buying, and was completley impressed with the way she conducts herself. When selling our homes she was always on top of things. Constantly giving updates and suggestions. When we were purchasing properties she always made herself available to show us around and answer any questions that we had. I would recommend Felicia to anyone knowing that she will do her best for them!

My husband and I are first time home buyers so we were totally new to the whole process. Felicia handled all aspects of or sale with expedience and integrity. Felicia is simply "The Best" there is!! Felicia set up a time frame from day one in regards to selling and she delivered in our goal selling time!! Felicia made herself readily available for all our questions and needs. Felicia was a perfect fit for us since she took charge of the process and we trusted her to take care of the detials while we were at work or with our busy family. She went above and beyond by replacing our carpet and staging our condo to look it's best for potential buyers. She has great communication with clients via email, text and phone day or night.
