We were pleasantly surprised at how good this restaurant is and how pleasant the servers are. The menu is different than some Italian restaurants in a very positive way. The pizza is excellent and the pasta was very nicely cooked and presented. Also nice wine list and drinks!
Delivers on a great experience every time! We love the cozy set up and have had great service every single time. The food is outstanding and is the best Italian restaurant in the DC area!
Sent a request with my reservation and they completely listened! All I said was that it was a first (1st) date dinner and we received a complimentary glass of champagne, and a little note that said congratulations on your 1st date from me...The food was excellent (we both had different pasta dishes) along with a huge appetizer salad. The portions were large and we both ended up taking it with us. Location was perfect, and if it was warmer, we would have sat outside. Had the calamari and a margherita pizza. Both were excellent. The wait staff was attentive, considerate and accomodating. Reservation was easy (as usual) and our table was immediately ready even though we were 15 minutes early.
Our reservation was for ten people, but three canceled at the last minute. Then five more came unexpectedly. Not a problem for Fiorella's. They accommodated us without a hiccup. Outstanding food, outstanding service, outstanding time. We'll be back.
The harbor view :) Ferris wheel adds a magical charm. Lovely pizza brick oven. Loved the sundae desserts ,:)
The food and service where outstanding, when asked to customize a dish the staff was more than accommodating and the food was fabulous. Great local area find.
Although this is an Italian restaurant known for its Italian food, the clay pot fresh fish was great. There are 3 choices of preparations. Our server was great recommending all the best things. The bread pudding dessert is not to be missed. We sat outdoors and it was lovely.
Great cheesecake!
