The food was good, and the restaurant ambience is nice. The service wasn't very good (just slow), but to be fair, it was Christmas Day and maybe they were short staffed. The food was very good.
The average wait time for the restaurants at National Harbor was an hour. I logged onto Open Table and was able to slip into a reservation that was opening up in 15 mins. We got there within 5 mins of booking it from my phone app and our reservation was already there with the hostess! The table wasn't ready but we grabbed a drink from the bar and were sat shortly after (much less time than the avg hour wait going on). The server was prompt, friendly and efficient, great start! Good food and service, but comical...an Italian restaurant with no spaghetti, tagliatelle, or lasagna. Hopefully this is just a shortage on a busy holiday weekend. Overall, it was still a good experience and I will go back, hopefully to try their Fiorella Lasagna.
We went to Fiorella for dinner after visiting ICE as the menu prices were very reasonable given its location at the National Harbor. The restaurant décor was very rustic and we were served a flute of sparkling wine while we waited for our table. The waitress and serving staff (girl with the hot chocolate chip cookies) were all very pleasant and friendly....we felt very relaxed and warm on a rainy cold night! Not a destination dining place- but rather fits the bill if you're in the area and want a quick bite Watch the menu closely. Descriptions can be misleading for example a margherita pizza is not a margherita pizza but their own interpretation of one
Outstanding! Across the board: outstanding! Great ambiance, nicely decorated, extremely friendly staff, and the food is plentiful, economical, and delicious. My girlfriend and I both commented on the freshness of the salad, which tasted as if it had just come from the garden. The pepperoni pizza was more than enough for two and it was delicious. nice place for a cold night at the harbor, good food, and service is always good. Not a bad choice for a quick lunch or dinner.
Disappointed in this restaurant. Service was terrible and food was not worth the cost at all. Very expensive and not impressed.
