The server, Vanessa, was great, but your runners and bussers leave much to be desired. The seafood lasagna was salty, the meatballs were gritty and the tomato sauce was bland. Would not go back.
Food was not served hot. The pasta was bland and had to be recooked fresh. Pizza was good but then felt sick in the morning and had gastroenteritis. Waitress was very sweet and nice. But overall food was mediocre
The baked chicken Alfredo was bland but the pizza looked pretty good. Pretty good wine and Prosecco, but the bar supplies were low and couldn’t provide any type of after dinner drink. Service was good!
Newly trained server was clueless Food was tasty but appys were brought late and main course served right after
Table wasn’t ready when we arrived at our scheduled time. We ordered calamari and most of it was small and over cooked. We ordered pizzas and lasagna, the pizzas were all burnt on the bottom and the top was less than satisfactory. The lasagna tasted like there was a chemical in the meat. We informed the waitress, showed her the pizza and informed her about the lasagna, she seemed uninterested and just brought the check. I’ve had better. Way better.
Food was not good - chicken in the baked chicken alfredo had no taste and rubbery consistency. Waiter was inattentive and never checked on us or brought check when we were done. Drink order was wrong and didn't bring part of our order. So loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation. When we complained to the waiter about our service, he said he had too many tables to cover.
I am sorry I would not recommend. Is exteemely expensive for non-quality food. Either the price or the whole experience should change to match.
Pizza oven was not working. This is the second time in 30 days I tried to dine at this restaurant and was unable to order pizza. Staff was very attentive and apologetic but we decided to leave.
