We've been renting a charming little Palo Alto home from First Statewide for 6 years and it's been a wonderful experience. Natalie and her team have always taken care of us and the property - responding to questions or maintenance requests with speed and ease. If you're in the Bay Area and need a place to rent, I can't imagine there's a better company to work with!

This company does an amazing job with keeping their tenants houses operating smoothly and appliances functioning and up to date.. All the people working here are caring and wonderful.. yesterday I got locked out of my house and Angel Perez came to my rescue to let me in during g his busy workday.. just wanted to say I appreciate you all.. thank you!

I have lived in an apartment managed by First Statewide Realty for over 7 years. During that time the building has been kept clean and well maintained. Since Natalie took over the business any maintenance requests or issues of any kind get resolved immediately.
