Natalie McNany: best ever. Can't express my gratitude with words. She helped us find the perfect rental house in this crazy market. It has everything we asked for and stays within our budget. She works with the owner to get our 4-legged babies approved in the property . She is friendly, professional , reasonable and easy to work with. I've lived in a First Statewide Realty home for about a year. Natalie has been taking care of all and she is the one who meets my expectations. When the microwave did not work ( my current home was built about 5 years ago), they sent a specialist to fix immediately. They eventually replaced it with new one! I have been able to live in this house without any stress. I appreciate Natalie's professional and calm working style. And I will recommand her to any my friends and co-worker and whoever is thinking of renting a place.... read more

First Statewide Realty has been managing our property for about two years and they have been wonderful. They found us great tenants, take care of any issues that come up and we get our monthly checks like clockwork. They have a wonderful philosophy - the customer is always right - and so far they are sticking to that, which of course we like a lot. Really good folks. Not only worked with me in a friendly way to get repairs taken care of, but also consistently followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was all set. Also (and I'm sure I also have the owner of the house I rented to thank) they never raised the rent in the nearly 3 years I lived in the place. I'd be delighted to rent a place under FSR's management again!

I rented my home out through First Statewide Realty back in 1995 and it is still rented. They pay the bills, find the best renters and keep my house in tip top condition. I would rate these guys number 1 in the property management business.
