I've lived in my current apartment that is under management by First Statewide Realty for almost a year now. The management has been good to me so far. The problems have been minimal and the couple times that I did call them, they were very responsive. 1) When the washer/dryer room had a water line break, they had someone out immediately/same day 2) When I reported a termite problem, they scheduled an inspector to show up as soon as possible.
