Greg helped us to rent out our condo and he was organized and very professional. The promotional material was nicely done and results were quick to come. They don't have a big office but they were responsive and on top of things. We were kept abreast of the progress and informed of the application status. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work they have done for us.

Natalie, Gabrielle, and Greg are professional and genuine. I rented a 1st Statewide Realty property for a few years and I was sad to have to move on because I received the highest level of property management care while I rented from them. Natalie in particular made it a point to follow up when I needed a minor repair and Greg kept the property in great condition. For four years we rented a house managed by First State Realty, and their staff was always responsive to our questions or repair requests. They're all professional, courteous and very helpful. They were also reasonable when it came time to vacate; we had a walk-through before the move, and Gabrielle helped us identify what we needed to clean (or not) to maximize the return of our deposit. We enjoyed living in the house, and having First State as our property manager. We'd definitely recommend this company and its staff.

Natalie McNany: best ever. Can't express my gratitude with words. She helped us find the perfect rental house in this crazy market. It has everything we asked for and stays within our budget.
