I have lived in an apartment managed by First Statewide Realty for over 7 years. During that time the building has been kept clean and well maintained. Since Natalie took over the business any maintenance requests or issues of any kind get resolved immediately.

We are excited whenever they give us a call because we know we know the communication will be smooth sailing. They're very kind and sweet. We are looking forward to more work with them in the future!

Natalie McNany: Is absolutely the best property manager! She took over a mess! My sister and myself inherited 4 units in San Jose CA, they were poorly managed, under rented and in bad shape. We fired the property manager, and Natalie came highly recommended! What a change.........! She returns calls and emails promptly, fixes renters problems very fast.( Our renters love her) We do too! Can't say enough about her!
