I went in to deposit a check into savings. The teller suggested a way to make a better investment by putting it into a CD. I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful getting the transaction done.

Shari Ward provides fantastic customer care and guidance. Shari was cordial, thorough and professional. She is the face of Firstmark and the reason we will remain steadfast customers. She resolved all issues last year that were blocking transference of my wife's IRA from Wells Fargo.
