I had a great first experience. The lady that helped me was patient and helped me throughout the whole process. The lady’s name was Tracy Gonzales. I went to the Jefferson First Mark branch.

I was in a car accident, the other driver was at fault. His insurance paid off the balance on my car, which was being financed by FirstMark and the people at FirstMark were extremely helpful in the financing the used vehicle that I purchased at a dealership that was also very impressed with the work that FirstMark does to help it’s members. So was I. Nikki Estrada at the 122 Donaldson branch and Matthew C. Bohr at the 11530IH-35 North branch were both very knowledgeable and helpful.
