Firstmark Credit Union at Fredericksburg Road is were I went and while there I was provided with excellent service. Robert Gallegos helped me open a checking account and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him as a person who is respectful, and is there to guide you and answer questions that you might have on your banking needs. Thank you Firstmark, I feel confident on the expertise showed by your personnel at Fredericksburg Road.Â

While the process is always long, Laura did a great job of keeping my 7-yo engaged with the process of opening her own bank account, explaining how things worked, and answering her many questions. Thank you so much for making a usually tedious process fun and engaging.Â

Laura Plata was very helpful and patient even when it was past closing time. The rest of the staff was great too, even when there were issues printing our debit cards. The set up as you walk in is a little confusing, do you wait in front of desk when u come in or sit and wait? I didn't like that I didn't know where the tellers were.Â
