I walked into the Donaldson location to reopen a checking and savings account after closing them in 2017. My mother and I were former account holders from the old St. Joseph’s FCU. My mother passed away in 2017 and the decision was made to close the Firstmark accounts. And it seems that had always been a mistake. From the start I was met with courtesy and professionalism.
