Laura Plata was very helpful and patient even when it was past closing time. The rest of the staff was great too, even when there were issues printing our debit cards. The set up as you walk in is a little confusing, do you wait in front of desk when u come in or sit and wait? I didn't like that I didn't know where the tellers were.Ā

Awesomeā£ļø First mark CU is the best bank ever! All needs were meet all questions answered your team of staff are very accommodating! Not to mention very professional. I thought I had an impossible request but no problem, FMCU very knowledgeable young lady helped me!!!! I forgot to ask for her nameā¦it was the Jefferson bank, Saturday morning. She listened and was very attentive to every thing I was inquiring about. Super sweet āŗļøĀ
