John was absolutely fantastic. In my 50 years of life I’ve have never had better service then when I go into Firstmark branches, especially Zarzamora. GOD bless you Firstmark!
Fast, friendly service
Friendly, helpful employees who helped me refinance my car at a better interest rate. The process was fast and simple. Have had auto loans a Firstmark since it was called the “Teachers Credit Union” in the 1980’s.
All went well , however the call back. When a message was left took longer than expected. However, overall was good. Thank you!!

I was on my last hope of obtaining a loan to do remodeling on my house. I went to the bank to see if I could get a loan. With John and Joe’s help I was able to obtain a loan. I have been with Firstmark for 50 years and they always have my back. Joe helped me with the paper work made it very easy for me.
