Worst credit union I’ve ever dealt with. Added $6500 to my loan almost 7 months after I had signed without my consent. Absolute joke of a company. Terrible customer service when I call and no one with “authority” can ever get on the phone. Would not EVER recommend. It worth paying a higher apr, even tho they aren’t even competitive, than dealing with these clowns. Had I known I would of never used them.

$60 for a replacement card to be expedited. Regular mail costs less than $1 and can get to me just as fast. Fees with Firstmark are ridiculous. I’m sick and tired of having to ask permission to spend my own money, especially when I’m just trying to pay my bills on the first. Your app is constantly down with issues.
