Worst credit union I’ve ever dealt with. Added $6500 to my loan almost 7 months after I had signed without my consent. Absolute joke of a company. Terrible customer service when I call and no one with “authority” can ever get on the phone. Would not EVER recommend. It worth paying a higher apr, even tho they aren’t even competitive, than dealing with these clowns. Had I known I would of never used them.

$60 for a replacement card to be expedited. Regular mail costs less than $1 and can get to me just as fast. Fees with Firstmark are ridiculous.
