Terrible customer service. Treat people like numbers. Rude employees and call centers. I will cancel as soon as I can.
First of all I pay and bank online...and the online app and site lock me out over and over....secondly they charge you 10.75 cents to pay over the phone....so you have to physically be present to pay...so I'm paying this off quick...
Response time to complaint is completely unacceptable.
today I definitely had one of the worst customer service experiences with this bank. I had to call four different times on occasions just to get help with my one issue and at the end of the day my issue is still not resolved. I was hung up on. I was told that I was going to be given a call back and was never given a call back. it's horrible service and I definitely am going to be looking for a different bank
URGENT! Need to get someone to call me back asap to talk about issue going on since last year. You reported late payments to my credit when it was not my fault. You made changes to my account without my concent or notice. Plus I have already taken care of the issue you caused and I was told that I was not going to be reported late.
Beyond annoyed with their customer service. Had a small issue with my account. Fixed it. They said my debit card was "good to go". Got declined at the store. Called. Again. Said. "It's fixed". And. Again. Declined. Went to the atm to get money out instead. Kept my card. REALLY. Maybe this will get someone's attention and my issue will be actually "fixed"
