I have had so many fraudulent charges and they have done nothing to help me I have been with this bank for 34 years and they did nothing to help me recover over 700$ in fraudulent charges They DO NOT PROTECT you My son banks with Wells Fargo and has had a “couple” of fraudulent charges they gave him his money back the next day and they have done everything to protect him My elderly father has resorted to no debt card bc same thing happen to him

Firstmark decided to shorten their hours opening late mid week at 11:30am, in this time not able to provide service to their customer which is their sole purpose to ensure that revenue continues.. all in the name of having a “ staff development meeting.” As a company with customer first in mind, they should have stayed open later or opened earlier to ensure that they could still remain open to service the customer. Open your doors and have customers come in to sign and ask questions in person. I did not like the drive through when I am dealing with CD'S and may have questions. The teller was as efficient as possible, no reflection on him. But your procedure of drive through for this type of transaction leaves a lot to be desired! Bank of America actually allows people to go in with social distancing and make simply deposits or withdrawals. So why can't First Mark!!!
it's run so poorly! My account got compromised, they blamed me and is making me pay the balance. ATMs are a joke. If you want to go with a small-time bank with no customer support have at it.

Terrible for Military. They don't know anything about SCRA. And they will just drop it to 6% which is the maximum any banks can charge interest. USAA went down to 4% and Citibank went to 0%.

The lines are always long. I am sitting here dangerously waiting on Military Drive to turn right into the bank parking lot. The lines are always long and they seem to open and close as they please. Horrible place. I only come here to pay my rent otherwise I would bank somewhere else.
