Bank always holds funds and charges for their errors. I really hate this bank. I should have chosen another but now that I have set up all my deposits to this account it’s a real big inconvenience to have to wait to use my money.

Not letting someone use mobile deposit because you went negative on your account is ridiculous...I've been trying to deposit my payroll checks for the last 3 weeks to alleviate the whole overdraft issue, I'm literally handing over my check. Here take my money, but y'all refuse. How stupid is that?

My debit card was deactivated and they refuse to mail me a new debit card! They are giving me a hard time. I have no money to get shelter or food because they deactivated my debit card because they claim they sent me a card to my new address....but I never received it in the mail. They said that the new card was not activated. Regardless of their new policies and card changes, the customer should not be caused financial hardship and damaged credit from their own financial institution. They need to be investigated and fined!!

Ridiculous I had a Fraud issue one my account since the 4th of June it's the 26th and they keep giving me the run around now the tell me the person working on my issue closed it and we were never notified and how is this my problem. Never again

App never ever works. Online banking never worked correctly. Even at the actual bank. They had me log on so they could show me what I was doing wrong. LMAO. Imagine his face when he found that I had it set up correctly. For some reason I could never transfer $ from my account into a joint account I had with my husband. It use to be a good credit union now they talk about changes what good changes have they made. They are still behind other banks and credit unions. Some of the staff is kool and real good at there jobs. But the company is so money hungry they drive there customers away. I used to work there and the credit union I work for now puts them to shame they laughed at their vision for the future. Do not use Firstmark if you like modern technology. Their online banking and mobile check deposit system is antiquated and works poorly, if it works at all. Their customer service hours are limited and often times you are told there is only one person who can help you with an issue and that person is often unavailable and won't return your telephone calls. I truly regret switching to this credit union, and even though it is a hassle I will probably switch to a better bank soon.

First Mark used to be great C.U but has went down on their customer service.. Had a fraud issue n it was not resolved my bank cant even call me back on my issue. Waste of money! I have to many loans with them but this will be the last year they will make money off of me. Poor Customer Service Been with the bank to long will close out my acct n Lost a customer

Terrible customer service. Treat people like numbers. Rude employees and call centers. I will cancel as soon as I can.
