Darren and crew did the most amazingly professional job on my home's recent mold mitigation. Darren took mold samples before and after mold removal, and we were very happy with the greatly lowered numbers. I especially appreciate how Darren accommodated my travel schedules so that we could be out of the house during mitigation and reconstruction to minimize our inconvenience. I could not recommend Darren and his team anymore. Darren helped inspect a home I rent in Hermosa Beach for my mold. On the day of the appointment I was out running some errands and he said he would be there at 1, I was late getting back to my house and he was there at exactly 1. I had an ongoing water leak from my roof that created some concern that we may have developed mold. I contacted a few different companies for estimates, and went with Darren and FMH. Darren just seemed to put so much more effort when he came to our house for a free inspection, and was more conscientious about examining each room, and not just where we throught there was mold. His remitigation proposal was about the same price as the other company, but included more rooms and work. So we were getting a lot more vaule. ... read more
I would recommend Darren and his team to anyone who has a mold problem. Darren is very hands on and explains all available options and his recommendations and him and his team are extremely thorough and professional in removing the mold quickly and safely
Darren and his crew were great. Not only did they complete my mold remediation , they also did the reconstruction on my drywall that had to be removed. The crew were very professional, cleaned up everyday after each job, and asked if there was anything else I needed. Darren also got on my roof with me to help locate the leak in my roof that caused all of this, and provided me with some material to repair the area until I get my new roof installed. Nice folks, and highly recommended.
Darren and his crew are highly recommended. They come in and do their job all the while ensuring they don't mess anything up. They are on time and very approachable. Even after payment was made, an issue came up at a later time and Darren was happy to come take a look and assist without any charge. Definitely will use him again if the situation arises!
Recently had a pipe leak that caused water damage and mold in the walls of my property. I bid the job out to Darren and another company. Fix My Home (Darren) exceeds every company I called in knowledge, skill, service, promptness, and in honesty!! They are more than fairly priced!! My bathroom needed to be gutted and was completely remediated. Because of Darrens background in construction & asbestos he understands more than most companies do when demolition is done and in regards to air quality & testing.
