Our tenants informed us of patches of mold on the ceiling and we called Darren for an inspection. Darren found the source of both of the leaks that caused the mold to grow. One was an uncapped pipe on the ceiling. The other was a hole in the deck that needed weatherproofing. Darren and his team removed the mold, treated the affected area, and patched everything back up. Sometimes when reading all good reviews I think there must be a trick, somebody was rewarded or connected to the business. I want to start out by stating that the reviews for this company are legitimate. Well it happened to me and can happen to you! Yep, had water damage and wasn't a happy camper to say the least. Called around for a while, won't say to whom, but was discouraged about the service and costs. Finally I checked out yelp and found this place. When I called I spoke with Darren.
