Darren and his team are the best you can get. Not only is Fix My Home's service and response time incredibly prompt, but the team does a very thorough and detailed job. They are on-time when scheduled, professionals at containment and keeping the job site clean and safe, and very skilled at what they do. Darren came out at our request to investigate some odor problems in our townhouse. We were concerned that it was mold. He was great about communicating before the visit, and arrived on time. He looked around and determined that the smells were most likely not mold but more likely sewer gas venting up from our pipes, a common issue that is easily and inexpensively dealt with. Called FMH on a Wednesday, and Darren was able to come in the next day. Originally was worried about some moisture damage in the ceiling, but Darren found some black mold under the sink that was not remediated all the way from the previous home owners. We met with 3 different Mold Remediation companies to remove mold that was in our crawl space, closets and master bedroom wall due to a plumbing leak underneath my house. Great service and very responsive! We suffered a leaky pipe sitch two weeks after we moved into our new home (can you believe it?). Called FMH due to the high rating on yelp and Ken came over to inspect same day. It was a Sunday too. Talk about great service.
