Very pleased. Installation crews were very professional and efficient. Ryan our salesperson was very informative and helpful in making our selections. Would devvinitely recommend to others.
Excellent customer service. There was an issue with some damage to my lawn caused by an installer. Flack's immediately offered to pay for the damage and did not question the amount. I don't think that I have ever had a company step forward like they did and rectify the problem. I wish that more companies followed the example set by Flack's Flooring.
