Flack's was awesome to work with! They came out and installed our floor, then when there was an issue with the floor they came out and fixed it. They were responsive, always cordial, and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy.

Excellent customer service!! Bryan is a very good salesman, and is there every step of the way. We had a problem (stuff happens!) and I texted him at 10 pm. Got an immediate text back--"don't worry, we'll take care of everything." 8 am the next morning, Brad Flack, the owner, was at our home, followed by Miguel who did, indeed, take care of everything! I had constant daily updates from Amy Gore and Bryan during the repair process. I would highly recommend Flack's for wonderful customer service and high quality products.

Fantastic product....even greater customer service and excellent installers! I had to reschedule at least 3 times due to other work being done at my house! They were accommodating and courteous every time. When I ran into a subflooring problem, they stepped up and helped make it all work out! I can't commend Flack's staff enough for their dedication to their customers , the amazing team of installers and the quality of their product!

We were in a bind trying to squeeze in the scheduling of new carpet after we closed on our house but before we moved in.
