Ryan has been awesome to work with... we went straight over to Flack’s after we closed on our home and he walked us through options, came to our new home and measured. We settled on the flooring that afternoon. Later he let us know our choice was out of stock until middle of July and offered to drop off a couple more samples that were in stock to see if they would work. We have decided to wait but I’m impressed with Ryan and his customer awareness! No wonder everyone raves about this company!
Great job on the LVP and carpet install in our basement. The crew was fantastic and wound definitely use again. Skip was super to work with!!!
Amy came within two days of my coming into the showroom to measure and they were able to get my flooring ordered and installed in less than two weeks. The gentlemen that came to work were professional, completed the installation in one day, and thoroughly cleaned up the area before leaving. We love the new vinyl tile flooring and how easy it is to maintain.
I would highly recommend Flacks Flooring! They have a variety of different flooring options and even do commercial! We are so happy to have them so accessible. I would recommend them all my friends and family!
Everyone we dealt with was very professional and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. The pricing was competitive. I would recommend them for your flooring needs. We had them install new flooring in our whole house, which included hard surface, tile and carpet. Very pleased with the outcome.
I spoke first on the phone to Amy, then Amy helped me at the showroom to pick out the flooring we needed (pet-friendly, but we didn't want carpet or wood look.) Amy showed us a great selection of luxury vinyl -- some that resembled stone, some marble, some concrete, which was the kind of options we were hoping to find but couldn't believe there was such a wide selection at the showroom.
