This was the third move in three years and the third time I called upon Flatrate moving. Each moving experience has been better than the previous. This is the only company I would ever use again. The price is great, the online inventory updating is wonderful, the men are professional and very very accommodating on the day of the move. The move went smoothly. When a set of drawers on the bed didn't close properly after the bed was placed in the new location, the movers did not leave until the drawers functioned properly, despite the excess time that was involved. The company stands by its policy of not charging anything more than the amount of its quote. I've used the company twice and would use them again. <br />
The service was efficient courteous and responsive to our needs. A representative came to our apartment on short notice to give us an estimate and clearly knew what he was doing. We had specific date requirements that the company met and the estimate was substantially below the other estimates we obtained. They are personable, on time, and pleasant. They were wonderful! Their price is fair. It was about 1,000 each move. I have recommended them.
It turned out fine. We were happy. They have done work for us several times. They are very reliable. They always do a good job. They haven’t damaged any of our things, ever. No problems with them at all. I have probably used them a dozen times over the past 2 years. There is so much room for things to go wrong when you’re moving and I’ve never had a problem with this company. I’ve always thought their pricing was reasonable because they don’t just move us, they pack for us.

I was very happy with them. They are very thorough and careful which I really appreciated it. They wrapped things very carefully and in a way that can be easily reassembled. I was very pleased. It’s very expensive to move, but at least they are willing to stand by their pricing. A lot of companies aren’t willing to do that. The crew was very pleasant, polite, and neat.
They were great.
Incredibly easy, professional and they kept asking us if everything was going well. Got a call from the main office and a supervisor showed up just to check up on the move. Would definelty recommend and use again!! <br />
