I was most concerned about a very large 5 piece wall unit with glass shelves and doors. They wrapped each peice with moving quilts as if it were a present and then plastic wrapped itduetodrizzling rain that morning. I wasextremely satisfiedat the careful and thorough method they used in moving each piece. It was very good. They gave us a pretty good price. They were very professional. When they came out to give us the estimate, they gave us the idea of what we’re going to do. They were extremely thorough. We looked at other companies and they were the most thorough and professional from all of them. Their price was reasonable. They were sort of flexible. Movers showed up on-time. Expertly packed our kitchenware in such a fashion that not a single piece of glassware/china broke during the move. Were courteous, professional, and helped take the stress out of our moving day. This is the second time I've used FlatRate. My experience with them on both occasions has exceeded other local moving companies. <br />

Flat Rate movers sent me an on-line questionnaire weeks before my move so they could provide me with an estimate of what it would cost. After pricing around, I decided to go with them and was happy that I did. I was able to make adjustments in the inventory up to the day before I moved. The representatives would follow-up to make sure everything wasgood-to-go for the move date. The movers ( I believe that there were three young men), arrived on time the morning of the move. This is the third time my family used flatrate. All the crews have a great attitude and get it done quickly. They are happy to go the extra inch to help out. They are more expensive but I've never been nickle and dime'd, and after 3 moves nothing broke. <br />

The service was good. Their flat rate model takes a lot of the pain out of moving. They are all very professional, came on time, and did what they said they would do. Nothing was broken during the service.
