Overall everything went perfectly. Flatrate is an amazing company. The men were friendly and they were very professional. They took very good care of my things and were delicate in their move. Everything was thought about and how to move it. I highly recommend them to everyone.
I was very satisfied with the work they did. They were very careful with my belongings, worked at a very fast pace, and when all was said and done, moved my entire home into storage perfectly. I was also very happy with the price they gave me to do this.
A representative showed up on time for our appointment and assessed my move and sent me an e-mail later that day with an estimate. On the day of my move, the movers showed up on time. They were nice and very professional. They handled everything with care and nothing was broken or damaged. It was easy move and they were good. They were fast and courteous. They were very careful with all of my belongings and I appreciated that. They did everything that I asked them to do. Overall, I was pleased with the company and I would use them again if I needed to.
The move went very well. We had three movers, which in retrospect was maybe one man short of what they really needed. The movers we had were very professional and polite and were careful with our belongings. They worked continually without taking breaks - we were practically forcing them to eat lunch, but they kept refusing.
All 4 movers were friendly and professional. They put my mind at ease and reassured that all would be taken care of which is exactly what they did. They arrived on time and performed the job with swiftness and were very gentle with the fragile items and boxes.
Flat rate was awesome. They sent four men who were fast, courteous and worked together as a great team. The arrived on time, packed everything and placed our furniture exactly where we wanted it. Ive already recommended them to a friend and would use them again. The only thing I would change was that the boxes werent labeled with items;just which room they came from. Because Joshua and his team were so friendly, fast and professional, we stopped by the bank to give them a bigger tip. Definitely worth it!
The movers arrived within the agreed-to time window; they had enough men; they worked quickly and efficiently; and they delivered the furniture without damage.
The company was efficient in giving an estimate. As promised the price included all the work. The work was done efficiently and well. One complaint: by the end of the day, they had to be reminded of things that still had to be done. If left to themselves, the movers would have left stuff in the old apartment: such as contents of the kids closet, the contents of kitchen cabinets and such.
