Fort Myers Florist did a fantastic job with the wedding flowers for our daughter's wedding! We would highly recommend them! Her bouquet was beautiful as were the bridesmaids! The boutonnières were wonderful too. Kim was excellent and so easy to work with. She totally understood what our daughter wanted and the final product was even better than we could have expected! Thank you Kim & Fort Myers Florist for making the wedding even more beautiful!!
I usually don't take to write review, but this is one I really wanted to do. I ordered sympathy flowers for my husbands family as his father died the flower arrangement was big and beautiful. So much more than I expected and all done in 1 day.
After posting my review, I received a phone call from the General Manager of Fort Myers Florist. She apologized profusely for the problems I encountered, explained some challenges their supplier(s) had faced and offered to once again replace the floral arrangement. True to her word, the arrangement delivered the next day (Tuesday) is magnificent and definitely the quality flowers we've previously received. I ordered flowers at the last minute and Renee and Davan were super helpful. I didn't think they could be delivered today but they called and told me they could if I would like. Fort Myers Florists has once again met and exceeded my expectations as a walk in customer. With Valentine's Day right around the corner it would be reasonable that stock would be limited to mostly reds and pinks, etc. But I needed an all-yellow arrangement (get well). I called as soon as they open didn't have my information ready for the delivery that I wanted. Kim helped me out a lot and was very patient with me. She had outstanding customer service and great advice on flowers choices. She was truly amazing.
I highly recommend this Florist. I live in Boston it was hard to find a caring competent business so far away. I have ordered from them for a year. My family and friends bragged on how beautiful and fresh the flowers are, The pics they sent me were amazing- and well worth the money. I want to shout out to KIM for her kindness on the phone. This was my first time at this florist. A very big operation! They take lots of online orders. The selection is immense. There is something for everyone shopping for flowers. The staff is very friendly. A nice young lady put together a custom arrangement for me. Prearranged flowers start at thrift dollars to single orchids that cost eighty and everything in between.
My cousin called when she received the flowers. She was stunned "the most beautiful flower arrangement"
