RecommendedCalling the day after Valentine’s I assumed they would be exhausted and worn as I have previously worked in a flower shop around every holiday. Quite the opposite. The employee Raven was so bright and positive on the phone. Took my info and said they would take care of me right away with the issue of my roses from the Naples store. What amazing customer service. She was so wonderful on the phone. Thank you so much for your help and response today. I appreciate it.
RecommendedI have ordered flowers for my mom a few times now (I live in Texas) and I can always count on Fort Myers Florist to deliver a unique and on trend arrangement. When I had a super particular request they fully delivered, exceeding my expectations and staying respectful of the budget. They have great customer service too and helped me out tremendously this summer delivering my arrangements when I couldn’t make it in time to pick them up. Great job!!

RecommendedFantastic, fresh flowers. My wife loves them each time I give her some. I never order from anyone but Fort Myers Florist. Yesterday I was gone and instead of leaving the flowers they returned later. That was very much appreciated. Highly recommend and personally will only use Fort Myers Florist when I need flowers or arrangements.

He provided valuable insight and suggestions that made the planning experience even more enjoyable. They were able to get in the brides flower choice in with relatively short notice. In every way they exceeded my expectation: beautiful fresh flowers that we are still enjoying, beautiful non traditional arrangements, timely delivery, and very accommodating.
