Working with this flower shop was easy and they were very helpful. Raven listened to my request - flowers for my brother's birthday - and suggested substitutes for sunflowers (not in stock). I asked for a contemporary, bright and colorful arrangement in a glass vase. They sent me a picture of the completed arrangement, which was lovely. The best customer service Ever!!!! I called 5 flowers shops in the area and no one could deliver today for me. I called all the way from California, my best friend lives in Florida. Diane was so kind and accommodating, she even text me a picture of the bouquet before they delivered it. No kidding, bouquet was completed and delivered within the hour!!!! Thanks so much!!!!

Purchased an $85.00 arrangement for my Mother In Law after her surgery, I had purchased the pink & purple arrangemnet called the uptown 2. The picture shown on the website it the standard size, I upgraded my order to the premium arrangement. When I spoke to the florist they said they did not have most of the flowers needed in the uptown 2 arrangement, no big deal, I opted for all white. She said no problem. Joe is extremely helpful and accommodating. He is always very clear in seeing my vision and building centerpieces to fit my needs. Even when I have last minute orders, he is always able to put something together that I am proud to show at my events. His creations are absolutely beautiful. I ordered the Row Of Roses off their website to be delivered to Lee Memorial.they delivered with a little bit different but they had told me that it may not be exactly the same. The arrangement was very well done and appreciated by the person who received it. I would definitely recommend this florist, especially if you want something really beautiful and not every day- same old same old.

Joe was amazing in listening to my exact flower needs. We were all blown away by the amazing beautiful flowers and how long they have lasted. I highly recommend this florist.
