I called Fort Myers Florist directly while I was in St. Louis, MO for flowers for my girlfriend's daughter's birthday. I had them delivered to her at the school where she teaches, which was nearby. She was the star of the day in the school, because the flowers were incredibly beautiful, arranged to perfection and she said gave off a heavenly fragrance. I ordered an arrangement for my mother on Mother's Day. It was supposed to have been delivered on Saturday. It never was. Instead my mom received someone else's flowers from up the street (not next door, but a block up). When I called the florist to say mom mom never be received HER order they kept saying that my mom signed for them. The flowers we received were delivered on time including the fact they needed to be delivered on a Saturday at and specific time. They were the most breathtaking and beautiful we have ever seen. I highly recommend Fort Myers Florist.

We recently moved to the area and finding a new florist can be a challenge. But my son did some research and I received the prettiest bouquet for my birthday. The flowers were stunning - and five days later are just as pretty as the day they were delivered. The roses are still beautiful and are opening fully. The stargazer lilies are huge and had the yellow centers removed so they wouldn't drop and stain anything. "Hats Off" to Ft. Meyers Florists. Kelsey took order from 3 time zones away (Southern CA.); got flowers to patient in Lee Memorial Hospital. ( Did not catch the name of the florist driver). Patient too ill to acknowledge the flowers to sender, but Michele called into the hospital to ensure delivery had been made (no way for sender to verify from 3000 miles away). Yes, delivered; designer's choice and card was perfect. Well done.

Update 2.12: I was able to reach Mark from the main office and he was so lovely on the phone. He could not believe the story and apologized profusely on behalf of the store. He was going to call the manager and get to the bottom of why they were so rude and as a very kind gesture, sent beautiful flowers to my home. While I cannot recommend FM Florist, I certainly can recommend Mark and the larger company for going to great lengths to remedy the situation.

I called the shop and order flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday. I gave basic instructions on keeping the bouquet colorful and to stay away from fall and Christmas themed flowers/arrangements. I just rec'd a call from my mother-in-law and she loves the flowers!!! Says that the arrangement is the prettiest one she has seen and even loved the vase. I will definitely use Ft. Myers Florist in the future and strongly encourage others to use it.

Fort Myers saved my friends wedding! (sort of) I came in from Boston for my best friends Wedding and on the day of the wedding her mother-in-law presented the wilted homemade bouquet. I rushed to the florist to have a new bouquet made for a wedding happening in 3 hours. They let the brides mom and I hand pick the flowers in their storage area and put it together so beautifully for us. The service and those flowers were spectacular. The review is long overdue, but they deserve all the best!

Paid $167 for deal of the day and wow- it's sure isn't a deal. A puny bouquet. Short and mini roses - paid extra for 3 roses not knowing it was going to be a bouquet for a mouse. Ugh ruined the experience and am pretty sad and embarrassed, my god. It's like they cut the flowers all the way to the top and just put them in a tiny vase that's short. I don't understand what a wreck! I should get a refund.
