SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Believe these other reviews. I am pregnant & Ron, the owner, is beyond rude and disrespectful. This is a business that tries to seem legitimate but they aren’t, they’re random people trying to front as a moving business. They don’t have their own storage or trucks, they’re renting from other places that you could rent from yourself. Do not hire these people! They caused damages at both properties. They scratched the hardwood floors at our old house due to dragging furniture instead of picking it up. They broke the legs off of the furniture. Nearly every piece of furniture is damaged. We packaged our computer monitors and planned to carry them ourselves, but they didn't listen during the walkthru and grabbed the boxes before my husband realized. Guess what. Avoid at all costs. The office staff is horrible. Ron hung up on me several times and called me “extra” because I was upset at his horrible customer service and horrible attitude. Alex in dispatch is also terrible. I’ll make sure everyone knows to avoid this horrible and corrupt company at all costs. Moving is already stressful enough. Listen to the other reviewers. I wish I had. Save yourself a lot of trouble.
Fox Moving company had employees who took chunks out of multiple stairs in two houses (mine, and my tenant’s new house). Fox Moving sent my tenant a measly $250 to cover damages, when the cheapest quote to repair my stairs was $1,300. Oh, and it took 5 months to get the check and countless emails and phone calls on both my end and my tenant’s end.

RecommendedJay and his crew are very unprofessional they took way too long and they stole my sister's TV and her firestick this is so unacceptable please do not deal with these people

The whole reason I wanted to hire a moving company was to help me move my upright piano in addition to all my furniture. I confirmed that would be okay when I set up the move over the phone. When the movers came, they lied (or were just wrong) and told me that their company doesn’t move pianos. I was confused but took their word for it. After the move, I called the company. Never use Fox Moving and Storage - Nashville. 2 broken televisions (1 with visible physical damage and the other just won’t power on now) and so much more plus a giant bill. Not even sure what I paid them for. They damaged my husband’s record collection. Broke a lamp. All of my most important stuff was broken from mishandling by the movers.
