The movers showed up on time at the pickup point. The furniture was blanket and plastic wrapped. The drive was 5 hours and everything was unloaded and placed as requested with no damage.

I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. The movers did not hook up my washer or dryer and just left it in the laundry room. They broke a lot of my glass pictures. Plus they did not put the glass top back on the tv stand or put the tv back where it goes. If I could pick up heavy furniture I wouldn’t need to hire moving companies.

One of the movers drug furniture across our hardwood floor and scratched it in 5 places. We had to pay $1000 to get it fixed. He was about to drag more furniture after we realized the scratches and I told him to stop. I also gave him sliders to use so he wouldn’t continue to do it. Fox lied to us about what they would do. Told us they would take care of the scratches with their handy man- which they didn’t. Then we had to pay someone to do it. Great in packing everything up but when it came time to unpack. Mover Maurice displayed a bad attitude, failed to put bed frame back together properly & when asked to move furniture from one side of room to other, he simply ignored request. Boss Darrell failed to do final walk thru with us & after they left we realized they didn’t complete job as agreed. Co workers David & Glenn were great & had wonderful attitudes & great work ethic.

There seem to be mixed experiences among reviews. Do thorough research before choosing this company. While they were fast and friendly when loading and unloading, they arrived 1.5 hours after our agreed upon window and only called to communicate that to me after I called to check in with their office. Additionally, you should purchase the highest level of additional insurance possible. Poor service, bad business! Damage occurred during my move in February 2021 and the claim is yet to be settled. I was moved in by a man and 2 teenagers, 10 hours later, we had boxes everywhere and a truck stuck in my front yard. No one there seems to care! They have a policy that states 60 Business days to release the claim check. After calling several times this is what has been the highlight of the conversation and not an apology for the incident. Please look around before using this company.

Broke our master bed frame, a bookshelf, 80% of every other piece of furniture arrived with dings and scratches. Dining room table had men’s muddy shoe prints on top. Walls were left with gouges. THEN the loud mouth who never stopped yapping had the nerve to tell us we had to tip with cash! Horrible experience!

Although they showed up on time, they literally ruined everything from furniture to door jams . I was told on the phone they would wrap and cover my furniture to protect it, but they did nothing of the sort. They carried my furniture through the rain and threw it In their back of dirty truck with nothing down and no protection . They ruined 2 door jams trying to get my couch out, and they ruined a mattress and box springs— that was filthy from lying in their dirty truck with nothing underneath it.
