Read the reviews before you book 😅 We hired this company to move us to our home in Spring Hill to a storage unit in Spring Hill & I am already sick thinking of all the items broken. Boxes were being thrown around, one kid was playing with our dumbbells or playing on his phone majority of the time, boxes were stored flipped upside down when clearly marked! Just moved from Nashville to FL. Almost all large furniture pieces are damaged. Missing my $2,000 peloton. $1,500 rugs among other items. $3,000 mattress damaged. These are just the big ticket. Put together beds wrong. Missing bolts. Shall I continue? Our attorneys have been contacted.
Garbage experience. From the first time calling in for a quote I knew I should have been more wary. Rep had no clue about anything and just kept saying yes to everything we asked. Our movers were great but the unprofessionalism of the office is the joke here. Moving with a 6 month year old is stressful. Especially across multiple states. Do NOT! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will literally regret it! The damage this company did was insane!!!!
AVOID THESE MOVERS AT ALL COSTS. I and 6 colleagues moved our offices from a building downtown to a new office in Edgehill. Upon arriving furniture in EVERY office was either scuffed or damaged. Also, we still are missing items from the move and the customer service has been non-existent. Their storage facility did not properly label our items. DO NOT USE THEM.
