Horrible service - do not use. Hired to move my 95 year old grandma into a nursing home and the mover refused to wear a mask in our home or the nursing home. The employee was kicked out of the nursing home by the director as he was getting confrontational. Choose a different moving company. They are very unprofessional.

Horrific experience. Movers scheduled for 9 a.m. we called and called and by 10:30 a.m. we were told the truck died and they could not locate the movers. By noon we had no update and finally spoke to the dispatcher Charles who said they movers had to bring the truck back clock out and they would repair the truck. First, start by being up front with your customers. You never even offered insurance, then my sister was laughed at when she was made to initial that she didn't have it. The guy said they will not offer it, you have to ask. It was never explained that you will not cover any damage to totes or boxes that the customer packs themselves, even when the people packing the truck had no clue how to pack it. Movers showed up at 1030 and were scheduled for 9am. A mover broke the glass on porch screen door and not only cut his elf but my mom cut herself and required stitches. Several scratches in paint on new table and blood on spot on couch. No follow up to check and see how things were. Will not use again
Horrible movers, thieves and when you file a claim Fox don't think enough of to pay out your claim before 60days. Do not use this company..

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I felt like your movers moved at a slow place to make sure it was over the minimum two hour rate they literally rather have been having small conversations then getting the job done. They only had to move one complete bedroom suit , one bunk bed and a living room set and washer and dryer . And at the end my total was 500 ! For three guys to do ! Worst company ever. Show up late, scratch your floors, you don’t get your things packed like you pay for, takes 1 day to take your payment but takes 60 business days to get reimbursed. Stay far away from this company.

they helped my 75 year old sister move , while i was in another room the told her she needed to give them a tip now, so they could give her the discount, they charged her for 3.5 hours, but they spent 1 hour in their truck, and instead of giving her a dicount they over charged her and got eighty dollars tip from this 75 year old woman who didnt know any better ,so i called the office and told them what happened, they offerd 50 dollars, i turned it down, i would rather file a report with the bbb, i urge you not to use this ... read more
