Our crew reeked of marijuana and left our house smelling for days. They also broke multiple pieces of furniture and took twice as long as a previous crew moving the same things into and out of a storage unit. They didn’t even get all of our stuff. We had to go back with a UHaul ourselves! And we’re very unresponsive when we called the main office to ask for assistance with our crew.

This company seems to enjoy destroying property during their moves. The agreement was to move a hospital bed from an apartment to a house in Nashville (they were told it was a different task because of its weight), Fox and client agreed that 4 movers were needed but only two showed up to perform job. Since two guys were not enough, it took them forever to get job done damaging a wall, a door, room paint and door frames (probably between $400 and $600 in repairs)before they were finally able to put hospital bed in their truck... read more

Do not use Fox Moving and Storage. Every person they sent to pack and move my house smelled of Marijuana. They were even smoking it in the truck when they pulled up. 1 of the movers is a convicted felon and a gang member, I know because I was his CO. They caused thousands of dollars in damage to my property and home. The truck was to small with all of our items. They put on the truck all the boxes we had packed but left us with the heavy furniture, mirrors, anything glass, lamps and recliners. This was a long distance move and we had less then 24 hours to get everything out of our home. We had to find a storage unit and rent a 26 ft truck. The expense is way beyond then what was quoted. I have used Fox before, so used them for our recent move. Horrible experience. It started with the head guy telling me at walkthrough they make their money on tips. He even went as far as to ask that I “please tip well”. They were 45 min late, broke 2 pieces of furniture, a tv, and put a huge gouge in the wall. I was also quoted a much smaller time frame. multiple people I know have been scammed by this company. they take your deposit then refuse to do the move citing whatever excuse they feel like. they've also been constantly called out for damaging or losing things they were responsible for moving. do not use this company. you're better off with a Uhaul and some friends

5 hours late to begin with and they also broke my table moving it! said they would fix it been a month and haven't heard a word. they do sloppy work also. do not. recommend!

My mother used this company for 2 moves (to and from a storage unit). She was drawn to the company for the price and that they provide their own storage. However, the movers were not professional, and did not wear masks when entering her home. For the second move, furniture was moved from the storage unit to her new home. After unpacking she realized she was missing several expensive items, broken furniture, and missing small pieces of furniture. I had to help a friend that got stood up and if she hadn’t found someone else right away, she would have been put on the streets. Please don’t use this moving company! Find someone else so you don’t end up in the same situation!
