I am not a fan of blasting companies on social media- i give people the benefit of the doubt and am willing to forgive shortcomings and failures. Not today. If you are in the market for a moving company, I plead with you not to ever consider using Fox’s Moving and Storage. My mom used them and it was a complete nightmare. Your company is a joke. If a manager doesn’t call me back by tomorrow morning at the latest, I am suing you. 2 hours late, broken things, going through personal things, leaving after 2 hours, managers won’t call me back. I’ve never been so mad in my life. Call me back or you will be receiving a letter from my lawyer and I will make sure I go to every person and media outlet I can to report your terrible company.
Granted I’ve never hired a moving company, and probably never will again. Certainly not this one. They arrived late to pack my stuff. We had been told they would pack our closets but failed to have boxes so we had to do that at last minute. They threw stuff from the kitchen into boxes at random and failed to pack the entire kitchen. They were two and a half hours late to unpack us, scuffed my walls in a couple of places, broke my TV, apparently stored all my furniture on its side or upside down. The drivers showed up an hour late. It took them 5 hours to load my 2 bedroom apartment!!! When they arrived at my home, they backed in and put holes in my BRAND NEW driveway! Then the driver tells me his supervisor said that once they reach 8 hours the charges time and a half. Oh, I guess I should mention that , we had to drive back 45 minutes to our apartment, because they didn't want to transport our glasstops. very bad company horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM
They lost items, broke items. Dumped furniture parts in the floor. Will not return calls. They just threw things in a box. Worst move ever.
The moving truck hit our retaining wall and they also broke an entertainment center. Have been trying to get reimbursement for 5 months to no avail.
Worst experience. They were 1.5 hours late, it took them over 7-8 hours to get things done. They would not take all of our stuff and would not use anything but a dolly. There were suppose to be three guys up and down steps, but only two showed and one said I don't get paid to walk up steps. Then, had attitude and wouldn't help. All of our boxes bounced down a dolly three flights of steps. Half of our stuff I'm sure is broke.
