I only wish I could give them zero stars. My experience with this company was so horrible I don't know where to begin. They broke so many items, it has taken me almost a month to catalogue the damage. The crew also stole items from our home. They took Apple Airpods and a very valuable pocket knife off our counter. This company was supposed to move my 87 year old Mother in law @ 1:00 p.m. today. We waited all afternoon on this incompadent bunch of lying buffoons with my brother in law trying to communicate via phone and text all afternoon. When he finally talked to someone they said they were there and no one answered the doorbell. (blatant lie) Never use this company.

Actually show up would be a great start - my daughter scheduled a move, was given a date and time and these guys were a no show. She spent hours on the phone trying to get answers, only to get a run around! Her being 6 months pregnant made it impossible for her to cover their lack of service and concern herself. The stress alone was total BS.... really Do NOT RECOMMEND these people! Crap for service

Their movers destroyed 2 major pieces of our furniture and dented walls. We were offered $250 to replace $2k of furniture. Choose wisely.

DO NOT HIRE! No amount insurance can replace your valuables, which they will not replace unless they pack every single item. They will treat your furniture like it’s trash and your home even worse than that. Just look at the pictures of the damage done to a SOLID WOOD HENREDON heirloom Mahogany Bed. Absolute garbage company. I cancelled my move with them after seeing a NIGHTMARE move happen with my roommate. They spent 6 1/2 hours on a studio apartment move ONE block down the street. The management must be crap because the crew they sent said they were exhausted from a huge move the day before. They took smoke breaks in her hallway, laid on her floor to rest, took TWO boxes up the stairs at a time... it was awful. My husband had received a quote from a "big company in Nashville" & when I had called to set it up, b/c they had limited spots available then THEY SAID, they were going to not honor the quote but charge an additional $20 / hour JUST BECAUSE they only had two spots left. They said this was their NORMAL practice & hotels do it all the time. I disagreed with the policy & refused to pay that kindly. Fox Moving and Storage SCRAPED by driveway with their truck and now refuses to pay to have it fix. They asked for quote’s and with a quote only offered me 250.00 on a 1100 repair job. Save yourself the time and headache and go to another moving company. Oh yeah the two drivers they sent were both visibly intoxicated and high as a kite!

Unless you can afford all new furniture DO NOT USE Fox Moving and Storage. I hired Fox Moving and Storage to move my furniture from my home in Donelson to Old Hickory. The footboard of my bedroom furniture was destroyed. It can not be replaced because it is discontinued. They put gouges into our brand new floor we had put in our home. My Bassett entertainment center is damaged. It is so disheartening becaused I paid 739.00 so that my stuff wouldn't get torn up. I understand accidents happen but this was just carelessness.
