Completely chaotic and unorganized. They started my kitchen on Tuesday, it is now Thursday and my kitchen is only half done. In my kitchen they have lamp shades from living room, pictures from bathroom, beautiful Tiffany lamp taken apart & laying on the floor, end table, and much more miscellaneous items not packed from other rooms. Scheduled a move between 1-3. No one called or showed up. When I called at three they stated I wasn’t in the schedule but they could come within an hour. No one called or showed up again. I guess I need to find different movers.
During our move, our gentlemen showed up at 9:37am for a scheduled 9am move. When signing papers we were forced to sign a start time of 9:30am. Our gentlemen didn't start moving anything until 10am. During the move the gentlemen got into a verbal altercation with our neighbors. When the 3 hours was finished, all our gentlemen moved totaled to be 14 pieces of furniture and zero boxes. The movers broke 3 of my 4 TVs, which they packed. I specifically asked about my TVs during my quote and was told I would be covered if anything happened and not to worry about it. FALSE. I even took out extra insurance and I’m thousands in debt to replace. They sent me two different crews, one to pack and one to move. I was made to sign TWO different contracts, one for packing and one for moving. Nope. Never again.. never on time.. broke several pieces of my Furniture... sorry but I feel like others should know this info..
* The truck they sent wasn’t big enough, but they could “accommodate” me with an additional 3-5 hours for a reload. My crew argued, screamed, and dog cussed each other all day. Oh, and pieces I’ve had moved across the country and back 5 times got destroyed in 1.5 miles.
Poor reviews keep me from any recommendations
Absolutely horrendous. Can’t even fully explain how I feel about this moving experience. And I only experienced the unloading of the truck part. First of all it took the truck 6 hours to drive about 200 miles. That’s an average of about 33 miles per hour. Wow. So the truck finally arrives and they start unloading. Three out of four had bad attitudes right from the start. The “boss” Joe was the worst. We found 4 broken items right from the start. Three of these items were irreplaceable family heirlooms. Absolutely disgusted by the way they treated my best friend’s mother and her belongings. Breaking countless items and then cussing her out as they left? Despicable.
