These guys genuinely care about effectively keeping the bugs away. They included a free revisit for extra pest control and set up a time about a day after I requested it. The treatment itself worked great wherever there was spraying access on my property. I am in middle of attempting to clear the rest of my backyard so I can get it sprayed thoroughly and efficiently like the perimeter of my home was. Great service, great employees.

Our technician Darrel Nelson was prompt, courteous, and helped me to understand the process. He explained about the safe wait times with regard to the chemicals that were used. He was considerate with any of my things making sure nothing would be damaged. He did the required service in a reasonable amount of time. Fox is fantastic. We've been a long time customer. Today we needed to have a hornets nest removed urgently in order to have a downed electrical wire serviced, and they had a technician (Chris E) out within 2 hours from our request. Fast, friendly and responsible service as always.

I called Fox pest Control to handle an issue I was having with bees. Their technician Luis Ramirez was top notch. When he arrived he took the time to walk around the house and examine all potential entry points and he explained the plan of attack. He was punctual, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns. We give Jonathan 5 stars! Our technician, was exceptional. We had numerous questions, and he was patience, friendly, and dis[played a wealth of information and knowledge. His explanations regarding chemicals and process were thorough, and he even allowed us to accompany him during the process. He helped alleviate any concerns, especially with children and pets in the house. He assured us of their safety while also recommending a cautious approach for the first hour in interior areas where he sprayed.
