Great company, the product works, and the people of the company are understanding and pleasant. Unfortunately, I will be calling them tomorrow to put a hold on the treatments. I have to save money for the upcoming school taxes ( which I regret). I know they will understand my predicament.

They are very good of getting rid of and keeping away pests. If insects come back they come righ out to take care of the problem.
Very unreliable. Came for first treatment, no problem. 2nd treatment: a no-show. Got someone late in the day; we couldn't get all 3 cats contained and outside, so rescheduled for Monday 8:30- 9:00 a.m. again; no-show. My cats have been in carriers since 800 am they say they may get here later today. These poor cats will be in carriers for more than 10-12 hours if they come before 3 pm, and much longer if they come later. I can't let them out; I'll never be able to catch them again. Not right, guys; you need to do better.
WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE Fox Pest Control!!!! This company arranged the date and time with us. They never showed up and did not have any decency to call us. They were supposed to arrive between 8-9 AM. I called the person who gave me his business card at 9:45 AM. I called and left him 2 messages within 5 minutes. No response. Then I had to call several numbers I found online. I don't generally give reviews but this company is the worst. They keep you on hold forever. I gave specific instructions regarding removal of equipment which they completely ignored. I had an appointment for a specific time frame and the Fox representative did not show up. I have rarely experienced this level of incompetence.

Not a customer and certainly will never be in the future. YOUR door to door is so dangerous there was one of your people sitting on my rocking chair on my porch..told him to leave started yelling at me . SAME day at 8 pm same guy came back told him to leave he said how are you going to make me leave. This door to door out dated tactic for customers actually puts us and the salesman ( used loosely) in danger. DO BETTER this is 2026 not tge 1950s
Do not use this service. They either come unprepared or unwilling to properly service homes. The best you'll get is a lazy tech spraying and refilling baits. At worst you'll get someone who comes without the right equipment - or ongoing rescheduled appointments because they could not make it to you when planned / scheduled. Still using door to door salespeople who 1) won't share the pricing 2) don't have cards and 3) claim to be "in the neighborhood and mentioned a neighbor I had never heard of. felt scammy to me, and seeing other reviews and the high cancellation fees it all sort of fits together. Don't use this company.
Not local to 12571. certainly response time is not 10 minutes or even a day. Have a contract but still have to wait. tried to cancel my contract but there is a charge for that. Despite contract and scheduled visits......once every three months, I pay $73 a month. Still have a carpenter ant problem which is destructive and regular ant problem as well. Do you think that should be the case if they come contractually? Should'n't that be a none issue or why else would I need any pest control.
