Unfortunately the new home I purchased had been empty for a while so mice had moved in before I did. Scott from Fox Pest Control came out and inspected the property and set traps up. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and was very personable and professional. He told me someone else will be back in a couple weeks to check the traps which was a relief since I would rather not have to deal with it.

called twice and I'm still waiting on receiving paperwork/agreement. not sure why the delay, and I have to keep calling. on to the next company.

Very professional, and provided complete pest control information. Appreciated that neighbors also signed up for the service. Thus far the treatments have lived up to their promise. I have seen a significant reduction in various pests.
DO NOT USE. I was taken by their sales pitch and decided to use their services for a year. During this year, they constantly did not do what they promised. During the winter, part of the service was that they are supposed to come inside the house and do a sweep to make sure there were no insects. The tech just walked around the outside of the house, never touching the back deck like he was supposed to or even ringing the doorbell to try and come inside. man came to my door today, Memorial Day and I didn't open the door because my dog was barking. I asked him to leave a card. He had no card and expected me to give my information to him so he can send me something??? His only identification was a FOX tee shirt and a clip board??

Just beware!!! Sales people coming through the neighborhood - presented what sounded like an inexspensive service. After their second visit, I was surprised with the cost. I called to have the service stopped. Thought all issues were finalized. I recently was billed for another quarterly service... causing me to contact them to cancel. These people interrupted my dinner by knocking on my door to tell me I have pests. Who would buy a pest service via a door-to-door solicitation? Besides, I already know I have pests. That's why I use a pest control service. But not one that rudely interrupts my dinner with cold calls.

Fox Pest control knocked on our door to solicit business as he was doing business in the neighborhood. After I listened to his pitch, I repeatedly told the young man that I am not interested at this time, but he keeps pressuring to get me to sign saying that your neighbors are on board and if you do not, all these pest issues will damage your home.
